THE RESULTS ARE IN!
Franklinville proudly presents our newly voted Student Council Officers. Our 5th grade students campaigned by creating posters, presentations, etc to persuade their peers to cast a vote for them! The race was incredibly tight. For most positions, only a few votes separated several students. Our Presidental position was a 3 way tie! A second vote had to be taken to determine the outcome.
Now introducing your newest team:
-President: Kensley Husband
-Vice President: Kaylee Thomas
-Secretary: Lindsey Thomas
We are SO proud of all the students who ran for each of the positions! Our class representatives will be announced soon!
Keep SOARing, Cardinals!

Congratulations to Kennedy Beckham, our school Spelling Bee finalist and Ella Villanueva, runner up. All of our students did a great job participating in our spelling bee today. Kennedy will represent Franklinville at the district level Spelling Bee in February. Our Cardinals continue to SOAR in their learning!

Today, our Go Far Running Club participated in the Go Far 5K in High Point. Students have been preparing and training for today's event, and it certainly paid off! We are so proud of our Cardinals, and thank you to their families for joining us today!
Carl, the Cardinal, even made an appearance at the race today! He got to participate in the Mascot Race after the 5K for fan enjoyment!
Way to go, Cardinals! ❤️ You make us so proud!

Today we celebrated our students and their hard work over the first quarter of the 2024-2025 school year. Congratulations Cardinals, keep up the great work.
