The Farmer Service Club teamed up with Riverson Farms from Thomasville, NC, to gather warm blankets for families in Western North Carolina. Service Club members created posters to display around the school, produced a commercial for classroom viewing, and reached out to the community to donate items. Students also helped by sorting and loading the collected goods for delivery. Thanks to their efforts, the Farmer Service Club collected nearly 100 blankets, along with new scarves, hats, gloves, and a few gently used winter coats. This initiative was a wonderful opportunity for the Farmer community to give back to those in need.
