Recently, students in the 5th grade Spanish Immersion class at Hopewell Elementary had a remarkable opportunity to connect with peers in Ecuador. Ms. Villacis' class conducted research and developed presentations on traditions and holiday celebrations in the United States. They shared their presentations with students in Ecuador and also learned about traditions, clothes, places, and food from the Coastal, Highlands, and Amazon regions of Ecuador.
